These terms and conditions govern all services offered by:

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

Aurum Voyages offers the following services:

• Hajj packages: complete pilgrimage organization (flights, accommodation, transport, guidance, visa)
• Umrah packages: year-round packages including flights, accommodation, transport and guidance
• Umrah Visa service: Umrah visa processing without a complete package
• Spiritual & Linguistic Stay: one-month immersion in Medina exclusively for women (Arabic courses, Quran, Umrah included)

Details, dates and prices for each service are specified on the website and in the contractual documents provided to the client at the time of booking.

Any booking is considered firm and final upon receipt of the pre-registration form and the corresponding deposit.

• Hajj: bookings and payments are made directly through the official Nusuk platform. Aurum Voyages provides guidance and trip coordination.
• Umrah: a deposit is required at booking. The amount is specified in the personalized quote.
• Umrah: the balance must be paid according to the communicated deadlines before departure.
• Spiritual & Linguistic Stay: a deposit of €350 is required at booking to confirm your place.
• Spiritual & Linguistic Stay: the balance (€749) must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the departure date.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (via Stripe), or any other method agreed with the agency.

A booking confirmation is sent by email upon receipt of the deposit. This confirmation constitutes a contract between the client and Aurum Voyages.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:

• The deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.
• In the event of cancellation, the balance already paid (excluding the deposit) is refunded. Only the deposit is retained.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to [email protected]). The date of receipt of the email shall prevail.

The traveler is responsible for the validity of their travel documents:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months after the planned return date.
• A visa for Saudi Arabia is mandatory. Aurum Voyages can assist with the process but does not guarantee visa issuance by Saudi authorities.
• Identity photos compliant with consular requirements (hijab is accepted in photos).
• Aurum Voyages cannot be held responsible in the event of visa refusal, invalid documents, or failure by the traveler to comply with Saudi Arabia entry requirements.

Aurum Voyages strongly recommends that every traveler take out travel insurance covering cancellation, repatriation, medical expenses and luggage loss.

Travel insurance is not included in our services unless otherwise stated in the quote. The traveler is solely responsible for obtaining appropriate coverage for their stay.

Aurum Voyages is committed to using all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of the described services. However, the agency cannot be held liable for inconveniences or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

Hotel, air and ground transport services are provided by third-party suppliers. Aurum Voyages cannot be held responsible for failures, delays or changes imposed by these suppliers.

The traveler agrees to comply with local laws and customs in Saudi Arabia, as well as the safety and organizational instructions communicated by the agency and its guides.

In the course of its services, Aurum Voyages collects personal data (name, email, phone, passport number, nationality, etc.) necessary for organizing the trip and administrative formalities.

This data is used exclusively for processing your booking, managing your travel file, communications regarding your stay and, where applicable, visa procedures. It is never transferred or sold to third parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, as well as the right to object to and limit processing.

Aurum Voyages reserves the right to modify service conditions (itinerary, accommodation, dates) when necessary, particularly due to constraints imposed by Saudi authorities, the Nusuk platform or local service providers.

In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, government decision, conflict, border closure, etc.), Aurum Voyages cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform all or part of the planned services.

In such cases, the agency will endeavor to offer an alternative or credit note. Refund conditions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on costs already incurred with service providers.

We are committed to responding to any complaint within 30 business days of receipt.
